The Privacy of participants and spectators attending Fasteddy Racing Events (“The Company”) is of paramount importance to both The Company and those individuals concerned.
Individuals are concerned with The Company by participating as a competitor, browsing websites or purchasing event entrance tickets. All these procedures may have reason to collect personal information or personal data. It is important for individuals to have an awareness of what information is collected and how it may be used.
Information collected may be of differing types, dependant on the media used, whether it be online entries, ticket purchases, use of websites, apps or social media. The information may be collected and stored for future marketing reasons, future event entries or otherwise required by law. Information may be used for market research and analysis to help improve services of the Company. It may also be used to detect and deter unlawful behaviour, to protect and enforce the legal rights of The Company.
Individuals’ information may be shared with other motorcycle event promoters, or other interested third parties that may be associated with Fasteddy Racing or Fasteddy Events. The Company will always ensure that individuals retain their privacy rights regarding receipt of future material from The Company, and always have the right of access. The Company will take all reasonable steps to remove or delete information securely when that information is nolonger required by The Company.
The Company will respect the consent given by all event participants and spectators in the provision of personal and private data. The Company will respect the right of the individual to withdraw or object to processing of data. The right of the individual to have information erase or restricted from further use will be of paramount importance.
The Company will ensure all correct security measures remain in place to protect private individual information. Personal information will only be retained for as long as is required to provide services to the informant. In line with this policy all information will be securely deleted when it is no longer required.
