2022 ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship.

We are pleased to announce the dates for the 2022 ACU British Sprint Championship. This year we have planned a 10 round (5 weekends) championship with the best nine out of ten events to count towards the overall championship. New this year, there will be trophies for every round (day) and there will be a new announcer for each event.

The series will kick off  rounds 1 and 2 at Fat Cat Moto Parc, Doncaster on 2/3 April, rounds 3 and 4 will be on 23/24 April,  rounds 5 and 6 will be on 21/22 May, rounds 7 and 8 will be on 11/12 June and the final two rounds will be at Green Hall Farm, Llanfyllin on 20/21 August with a final presentation for all riders and sponsors at the end of day 2.  The plan for 2022 is to have four of the 10 rounds that are MX based and the other six rounds will be of a more enduro style. The other venues will be announced very soon.

At each event there will be will be one long special test that will take approximately 8 to 10 minutes. The test will normally run the same way for both days but there will be track modifications for day two.  Each rider will receive a sighting lap and then for the first timed lap will go off in class order. After lap one each rider will go off in time order, fastest to slowest, for the remainder of the timed laps. There will be 8 to 10 timed laps per day.  The classes for these events are Sportsman, Under 16, Ladies, Vets, Over 50’s (new for 2022), Clubman E1/E2/E3, Expert E1/E2/E3 and Championship E1/E2/E3.

Tests will be available to walk from Friday at 12.00 pm. Signing in will be open  from 8.00 am on both Saturday and Sunday.  Each round will start with a sighting lap and the start time for day one will be 10.00 am and for day two 9.30 am.  The entry fee for all events is £110 per rider for each two-day event or £60 per rider for one day. Entries are restricted to a total of 120 riders per day.
