On behalf of myself and Fast Eddy Racing we would like to introduce this new and exciting championship. Based on a total of four events consisting of seven days of racing, riders will have the challenge of a 1 day extreme, 2 days of super sprints, 2 days of cross-country and 2 motoduro races.
Riders are allowed to drop just one day meaning that six days of riding will count towards their respective championships. The big bonus about these events is that they are also part of other events planned for 2013. The only stand-alone event will be the super sprint at Rogershill Raceway in Dorset on Saturday the 27th and Sunday 28th April. The new format will allow everyone a new series where the best all round riders should win and not necessarily the fastest.
Running under the ACU for this series also means that the winners can call themselves “ACU National Off Road Champions for 2013″ which is great for everyone concerned.
